What We use

Our printer is designed to work exclusively with specially formulated Epson inks. We guarantee to only use genuine Epson inks cartridges and papers in order to get high performance in printing standards.

Our warehouse is located in the United States. We aim to ship orders anywhere in a timely manner. We serve a limited number of clients so we can guarantee that over 80% of our products are manufactured and dispatched from our studio with real-time order tracking within 12-48 hours.

Production time is within only 1-2 business days.

We are not responsible for a lost/stolen package once the tracking information says it was delivered at the address that customers provided. However, we suggest that you contact the local shipping carrier for a claim. If you need any information, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, our support team will try their best to assist you.

We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to insufficient or wrong addresses. Usually, the delivery carrier will send the package back to the sender. If the package is returned to us, then we will be happy to clarify the recipient’s address before reshipping at your cost. However, please keep in mind that packages are not always returned, so you may want to create a new order in this case.

We are also not held responsible if:
• The SKU design provided is not correct.
• Customers complaining about the quality of prints that is not as they expected.

However, we always want to be clear and transparent about our products. We will always do our best to get the high performance in each item, so we cannot take our responsibility if the customers just don’t feel like it. We do not accept refunds or returns of unwanted items that are not damaged or faulty.

**Please note that we only accept these cases within 15 days since the order is successfully delivered.

If the item comes with wrong design/size, has low quality print or does not match the previews/mockup, etc. we kindly ask for a photo of the damaged goods or wrong item, and we will then gladly send a free reprint or issue a full refund.

Any returns or problems that occur because of our error will be handled at our expense.

Customers need to provide proof images of products they received that come with the shipping label on the package. We will look into your order to figure it out. We will be happy to send a replacement or issue a partial refund to the missing item upon your request.

**Please check all the tracking if the items are split into multiple shipments.

Once an order has been submitted, it may be possible to edit the shipping info if the shipping label has yet to be created.
We recommend to contact our support team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been sent into production, we may be able to stop it for you. But if it is fulfilled or dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot accept cancellation or modification at this stage.

At the moment, our posters are unframed.

We have different shipping and courier options available depending on the destination. Delivery time frames below are for orders within the United States:

  • Standard First-Class: 3 -5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 1 – 3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express: 1 – 2 business days.

International orders may take from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive.

Delivery costs vary depending on the volume of order and destination. We strive to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, but still deliver in a timely manner.

Our shipping options typically have a column that shows the costs for including additional items. And many of our rolled prints are all flat rated for shipping, regardless of the quantities ordered.

No. Cost prices are never included on any automated delivery notes as many gifts are sent directly to the end-recipient.

Yes we gladly do! We are pleased to offer gift box packaging and personal gift messaging to your orders. We will write it on the shipping label or print your personal message on a card that is packed with your gift.

Kindly note that additional costs may apply for gift wrapping service.

Images with 300 dpi are ideal. A high dpi is optimal for fine art prints because the more dots of colour that can be printed in a small area, the more detailed your final image would appear. The overall quality is determined by the quality of the pixels, not the number of them. Our usual recommendation is 300 dots per inch (DPI). That being said, please keep in mind that the resolution can be increased artificially, so only DPI does not guarantee good image quality.

Anything can be printed, as long as it meets intellectual property policy and does not contain any prohibited content (listed below).

• Child Exploitation: You may not submit content that exploits or abuses children, including, but not limited to, images or depictions of child abuse, sexual abuse, or presenting children in a sexual manner.

• Hateful Content: You may not be allowed to submit content that condones or promotes animal cruelty or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, self-harm, medical condition, veteran status, etc.

• Nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content may be not allowed.

By submitting content to our platform you are giving us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your image files to produce your orders. But only your orders. We will not use your images or artwork in any other capacity. You retain full ownership of your content as well as maintaining all other rights associated with your digital files and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your content remain yours. You also guarantee that the content is owned or duly licensed by you.
